Otto D is a ride-on sweeper with Lombardini Diesel motor designed by Italian RCM company. This machine is small and compact with 1300mm cleaning width for moving with agility also in narrow spaces but is also as strong and reliable as the largest ride-on machines. With a theoretical cleaning capacity of 9100 m2/hours, this industrial sweeper is ideal for cleaning medium to large sized areas such as factories, multi-storey and outdoor car parks, supermarkets and shopping centers, airport and railway stations and large industrial premises.
Featuring a front mounted driver position and ergonomically arranged controls, the Otto D is easy to maneuver and prepares a perfect visibility to work environment. The perfect visibility allows easy driving, safety, and work precision. Otto D floor sweeper has two side brush and a central one which is mechanically adjustable in proportion to ups and downs collecting the wastes. Dust Buster system with a cartridge filter removes the dust picked up by the side brushes improving the cleaning and operator's comfort. An Electric shaker for thorough dust filter cleaning is also used.
An additional vacuum system on the hopper collects dust produced during hopper emptying, helping maintain a totally dust free environment. The central brush uses an up-and-over sweeping system to overthrow dust and debris into a 130litre capacity rear mounted hopper and fill it almost completely. With a hydraulic jack, the wastes are easily unloaded. The steel reinforced chassis and retractable side brushes protect the Otto D floor sweeper from accidental impacts. Large bonnets allow easy access to all the components for maintenance. The flashing lights, Long lasting super elastic tires, and parking brake are another equipment of this machine.
