The AS20 vacuum cleaner is a dedicated three
phase machine to clean textile industry. This special vacuum cleaner enables to
suck up light and long and thin materials like textile pieces, yarn and twine,
paper strips, nylon films, etc. This model has been designed in order to direct
extraction of scraps from the production lines and machineries. The AS20 not
only is used in textile industry but also it can be used various types of
industries according to their scraps. This vacuum cleaner works continuously
for twenty four hours because of the low noise and maintenance free turbine
motor and great large capacity. The manufacturers are able to customize the AS
series for specific production lines and machinery.
The suction inlet of the AS20 vacuum cleaner is mounted above the cover lid and the turbine motor and side channel blower have been installed in the lower section of the machine, thus will not occur clogging on the suction unit at all. The vacuumed light materials are collected into a high efficiency nylon bag filter and then can be unloaded conveniently. This machine is equipped with a smart integrated filter efficiency detector to show the level is full. The AS20 is a robust industrial vacuum cleaner because the body is made of steel and epoxy paint completely.
The class L nylon filter has been installed between suction inlet and the suction unit and it is without any pores, so it can trap light and long materials very well and doesn't allow permeating into the suction unit. The sucked materials will be disposed by taking off and empting the nylon filter bag and then restoration of it. There is a diaphanous window at top of machine which makes it possible to check the level of the collected materials and interrupt operation when the bag is full.
