E 400 is an electric high-pressure washer with a power of 16.6 KW. This cold water high-pressure cleaner is produced by a German company, Oertzen. E 400 pressure washer incorporates a unique synthesis of power and reliability and it proves its efficiency in many jobs such as water-sand blasting, gully cleaning, façade cleaning, container cleaning and drain cleaning. By using a hot water module, E 400 is turned into hot water cleaner. The maximum working pressure of this machine is 385 bar and it can apply water with the flow of 22 liter per minute. The operating pressure and water flow can be adjusted by means of a safety/control valve as required.
E 400 high-pressure cleaner has a practical design. So this powerful machine is supplied with a wheeled chassis and special hooks for trigger gun and lance storage. In order to prevent the high-pressure hose from curling up, a hose swivel comes with machine's standard accessories. The machine's frame is made of powder-coated steel and this solid frame protects the motor and pump against the external impacts.
A three-phase electric motor provides the pump with enough energy to operate. This motor is designed for 100% continuous operation. To ensure perfect alignment and maintenance free operation, the pump and motor are directly flanged and there is no need for more than one oil change every year. The three-cylinder pump is composed of ceramic plungers and brass pump heads.
E 400 industrial high-pressure washer is equipped with automatic switch off system at a too low pressure of feed water, control valve type bypass integrated safety valve, thermal relief valve to prevent overheating of the pump head, frost protection switch, and emergency stop button. E 400 also comes with a water filter and a pressure gauge as standard. This machine conforms to all European safety regulations which is guaranteed by the CE symbol on the type plate.
