The DM 40 SGA B is a single phase battery
vacuum cleaner whit three collector motors that are fed by two 12v battery. The
batteries are mounted on the steel chassis and the charger can be installed on
the chassis optionally. The motors can work independently by three keys, so it
is possible to adjust air flow rate according to condition. The motor head is
covered with noise reduction equipment that can limit the noise level. There is a control board in the tool and the individual switches and vacuum indicator have
been installed on it. Also two handles are placed on the insides of body to lift
head of the motor easily for making possible replacement and inspection of the
filter which is located under the motors. The DM 40 SGA B battery vacuum
cleaner is used in cable using restriction locations. This vacuum cleaner is
equipped with the independent switches, vacuum detector and the clogging filter
detector and they are installed on a control board.
The vacuum cleaner body and chassis have been
made of sturdy steel with epoxy paint and the separable tank is mounted on this
chassis.
The
perfect filtration unit is provided by a class L star filter made of polyester
which has a large surface to high efficient filtration performance. The
cleaning system of this filter is shaker method; it means a lever causes to
filter vertical movement, thus the trapped particles will be removed. The suction
performance will be professional and the filter life increases due to the great
cleaning system operation. The star filter is placed above the suction inlet,
so it is possible to vacuum up solid and liquid material simultaneously. When the
user want to collect hazardous material, it is possible to se disposal bag to discharge
substances in it directly.
