Industrial Pressure Washer

Industrial high pressure washer is a machine which receives the water and its pump turns the water into high pressure water with high flow. This machine has been equipped with a positive displacement pump that makes high pressure washer. Positive displacement pump is the most important component in all types of consumer, commercial, industrial high and ultra-high pressure washers. These machines provide high pressure water, which clean the surfaces and the hard contamination would be removed quickly and excellent, as well as high pressure cleaners that are introduced by two main characteristics include pressure and water flow. Pressure and water flow rate determine the ability of high pressure washer to decontaminate various types of surfaces and equipment. When the pressure of water increases, the capability of removing contamination will be increased and increasing water flow rate cause to do the cleaning operation faster. High pressure washers have been designed and produced in various types of domestic lines, commercial and industrial models. With various types of high pressure washers all customers can clean their environment and equipment in several fields and the cleaning machine make these actions possible. It's important to pay attention to types of surface, the volume source and the intensity of pollution to choose the best and most suitable device. All high pressure washers are reliable, versatile and durable that work safely and efficiently, which operators can use it with safely and peace of mind. These tools are able to remove dust, mud, rust, old paints, sediments, oily pollutants and the other hard contamination completely. However, these devices wash out dirt, but it never damages the main surface if you use the proper pressure. In the past it was difficult to decontaminate stuffs manually, while today we can use various types of industrial high pressure washers for cleaning, washing, descaling ,etc. Easily and safely in a short time with high and significant quality, as well as these machines are cost effective because of reducing water consumption, chemical and energy.

In the past decontaminating stuff took place manually. Today, however, with high-pressure washers cleaning operation is performed not only safer and more conveniently but also with higher quality, in shorter time, and more cost-effectively.

Industrial high-pressure washer is a machine which receives the water at low pressure and then pumps it at high-pressure. Positive displacement pump is the most important component in all types of domestic, commercial, and industrial pressure washers. These machines provide high-pressure water, which cleans surfaces and removes hard contamination quickly and thoroughly.

High-pressure cleaners are introduced by two main characteristics: pressure level and water flow. Pressure and water flow rate determine the ability of high-pressure washers to decontaminate various types of surfaces and equipment. When the water pressure increases, the capability of removing contamination will be increased as well, which will speed the cleaning operation. High pressure washers have been designed and produced for various purposes: domestic, commercial and finally industrial models which are divided into high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure washers. Different types of high-pressure washers serve different needs. When shopping for one, consider different features such as the surface to be cleaned, the power source and the pollution volume, so as to choose the one that fits your needs. High-pressure washers are reliable, versatile and durable.  They work safely and efficiently, so that the operators can use them with peace of mind. Another capability that qualifies high-pressure washers as powerful cleaning equipment, is their ability to remove dust, mud, rust, old paints, sediments, greasy pollutants and other hard contamination completely. Though the machine washes out dirt, it never damages the object being cleaned.

Classification of industrial pressure washer based on pressure

Since each industrial pressure washer has its own specific waterflow range, using the water pressure and flow range that suits the cleaning operation leads to an improvement in the speed and quality of the operation. In case the applied pressure doesn’t suit the cleaning operation, it may result in damages to the object being cleaned. Depending on the power output, industrial water pressures are divided into high-pressure washers and ultra-high-pressure washers.  High-pressure washers can cover a wide range of cleaning operations from cleaning vertical surfaces and uneven horizontal surfaces to removing germs, moss and algae. Ultra- high-pressure washers are highly applicable in stripping paint from surfaces and concrete demolition. Most industrial pressure washers are equipped with a pressure adjustment tool which enables the operator to choose the appropriate pressure.

Industrial pressure washer categorization based on outlet water temperature

Based on outlet water temperature, Industrial pressure washers can be divided into hot-water and cold-water pressure washers. While most pressure washers operate on cold water, hot water pressure washers are equipped with a water heater system. Hot water can cause serious damages to the pump, that’s why the pump is located prior to the water heater system. The water heater systems embedded in pressure washers can have electricity or gas as their power source. Gas-operating water heater systems are more capable of increasing water temperature since they are taking advantage of cylindrical heaters that can make the water warm enough and keep it warm for a longer time. Though cold-water pressure washers have the necessary and sufficient power to perform the cleaning task properly, high-pressure washers operating on hot water have not only a remarkable performance in removing greasy, oily or electrostatic pollution but due to using hot water, they disinfect surfaces as well.

Industrial pressure washer categorization based on power source

Industrial pressure washers can operate either on gas engines or electric motors. Electric pressure washers are manufactured in single-phase or three-phase models. Single-phase pressure washers are among the high-pressure washers in which the motor propulsion is provided by the mains, and the operation pressure is less than 200 bar. Three-phased pressure washers include a working load of more than 200 bar, and to provide the propulsion 400 volts is needed. Three- phased pressure washers are more powerful in comparison with single-phase ones and that’s what qualifies them for industrial cleaning. High-pressure washers operate on gasoline which makes them ideal for environments where the power outlet is not accessible.
