Blutoxol
is a type of liquid concentrate disinfectant cleaner for food industries, food area
and industrial kitchens. It is an fast acting alkaline disinfectant that
quickly and efficiently removes contaminants from the food areas contamination,
such as grease, oils and prteins based
on animals, vegetables and grains. Blutoxol liquid disinfectant is also an
active cleaner against Salmonella germs (most common causes of food poisoning,
commonly found in chickens and eggs), Listeria (a type of bacterium most
commonly found in contaminated food), and noroviruses (cause of diseases due to
contaminated water and food). Blutoxol is safe for use in food production
environments.
Blutoxol liquid disinfectant usages
Blutoxol
is effective and efficient cleaner for washing and disinfecting floor surfaces,
walls, work surfaces, etc., which are resistant to water and alkaline
compounds. The most important and key usage of this material are food
production factories, industrial kitchens and generally all the areas that are
involved in food production.
Ingredients of Blutoxol
Each
100 g contains the following compounds:
2.4
g of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and 1.9 g of alkyl benzyl dimethyl
ammonium chloride. Further ingredients: non-ionic surfactants < 5%, organic
and inorganic salts, dyes. The pH of the concentrate is approximately 13. The
pH of the ready-to-use solution is approximately 12.5.
How to test Blutoxol
Before
using first, a small inconspicuous should be tested on a small point to
determine if the surface is resistant to alkalis. (1 dosing unit = 25 ml)
Preparation
of the ready-to-use solution
The
detergent should always be compound with cold water. Fill the spray bottle with
500 ml of cold water and then add 1 unit of Blotoxol. It is better to use 2
liter and 5 liter containers with a suitable distribution system.
Disinfect surfaces with Blutoxol
The entire surface should be moisten by prepared solution of approximately 15 to 20 ml / m2, and then clean the surface with a clean textile. All surfaces and equipment that come in contact with food, after contact with the product, should be washed regularly and repeatedly with hot drinking water (at a temperature of 40 to 60 degrees Celsius - 8 to 16 ml/m2). To remove grease and protein of the floor, first spray the Blutoxol solution (diluted with cold water) on the surface and then use the hot water coming from the solution tank of scrubber dryer.
Notes
When
using Blutoxol liquid disinfectant cleaner, the material never comes into
contact with skin or eyes; therefore, users should wear gloves and protective
clothing when working with detergent and cover their eyes and face with
appropriate protective equipment. If the substance contact with the eyes, wash
the eyes carefully with water, and if there are any lenses, remove them, and if
the eyes still have discomfort and problems, it is necessary to see a doctor.
This detergent is a very toxic substance for aquatic animals and has long-term
effects that endanger the lives of aquatic organisms.
