e 500 – 30 is a heavy-duty high-pressure washer with the maximum pressure of 500 bar. this powerful high-pressure cleaner has a considerable water flow of 30 liter per minute. so industrial operations such as water-sand blasting, concrete restoration, container cleaning and derusting can be done by using it at very short time. oertzen e 500/30 is equipped with 5-cylinder inline plunger pump.
this powerful high-pressure pump comprises brass pump head and ceramic plunger. so it is extremely durable. the pump is driven by a 100% duty electric motor via a maintenance-free tooth belt. the 3-phase electric motor is slow running and quiet and the machine is equipped with automatic star delta starting device. the motor/pump unit is surrounded by extremely robust powder coated steel frame chassis with four wheels on twin axle and locking brake. a high stability level during handling and operation is guaranteed by large wheels and locking brake and unintentionally rolling is eliminated.
as the flow pressure drops below 2 bar, a low water cut-out system stops the machine. this system serves to protect the pump against water shortage and cavitation. e500/30 is also equipped with a circulation shut-off system and additionally with a thermo valve to protect the pump against overheating. there is also a micro filter which protects the pump against the soiled water. these outstanding and efficient safety systems cause the pump to have a long life.
oertzen e 500 – 30 is supplied with a hook for trigger gun and single lance. so the machine's accessories are well kept. the 10-meter high-pressure hose comes with a swivel joint to prevent the high-pressure hose from curling up.
