The DM 40 SGA is provided as the unique single
phase semi industrial vacuum cleaner using three motors with carbon brushes. This
machine is compact, portable and perfect which is suitable for cleaning
operation in light industries like food industry, construction and building, engineering,
metal working, etc. The motors can operate individually, so the amount of air
flow of suction unit can be changed as required. These motors are filled with
soundproof components to decrease noise level, due to the user and others will
not be bothered.
The DM 40 SGA is a perfect, multi functional and
powerful vacuum cleaner which the suction inlet has been placed below the
filter unit, thus it is possible to vacuum up both solid and liquid at the same
time; also this flexible machine can remove dust from surfaces.
The DM 40 SGA whole body and chassis have been
made of steel that makes the vacuum cleaner sturdy and durable. There are four independent
wheels under the chassis, as a result, it is possible to carry on the machine
easily and the separable tank discharge operation will be done conveniently. For
collecting hazardous contamination the vacuum cleaner can be equipped with a disposal
and changeable bag.
There is
an L classified star filter on the machine as a main filter and it causes an efficient
filtration performance. This filter has a large surface which increases the
filtration quality to the highest level. The filter shaker is an integrated cleaning
system with up and down, moving that works by shaking an external handle, it can
remove fine particles. In special conditions, it is possible to replace the
main filter with specific filters, for example the NOMEX filter for collecting
hot materials, TEFLON filter for sticky materials like cement and Anti static
filter for collecting electrostatic substances.
