This industrial detergent has a low foam and has a special use for cleaning and removing mineral oil, exhaust gas stains and soot stains caused by fire damage. This detergent can be used for cleaning the oil separators. In high pressure washers, the diluted form of this detergent is used and for cleaning the equipment, the concentrated form is used. This is an anti-corrosion detergent and therefore do not enter any harm to metal surfaces.
Hodrupa A usage in cleaning
The detergent can be used for cleaning a variety of surfaces resistant to water and alkali materials and has a special usage for cleaning industrial halls. This detergent also is used in cleaning soot surfaces which are damaged by fire and cleaning equipment such as lathes and cutting dies and assembly ramps can also be used.
How to use Hodrupa A in cleaning
In order to ensure resistance of the surface, before the first use is better to test a little amount of the detergent on a small spot on the aim surface. For routine cleaning with mechanized machines such as scrubber dryers or high pressure washer, 200 ml of detergent is diluted in 8 liters of cold water.
For cleaning industrial equipment, apply the detergent on the cloth and then wipe surfaces contaminated with the cloth. Do not rinse the surfaces and allow the corrosion prevention to take full effect.
For intensive cleaning such as cleaning after fire, dilute the 800 ml of the detergent into the 8 liters of cold water and spread it on the surfaces, after about 5 minutes, wash and scrub by devices such as a polisher, then gather the dirty water with the help of wet/dry vacuums.
Ingredients
The main ingredients of the detergent include anionic surfactants less than 5% nonionic surfactants less than 5%, water soluble solvents, alkalis and anti-corrosion compounds. The pH value of the alkaline material equal to 13, and in the case of dilution of about 11.5 to 12.
Essential Tips
The detergent contains potassium silicate and potassium hydroxide and in direct contact with skin and eyes, is harmful, then it is necessary to use appropriate coverage such as protective gloves and glasses. If contact with the skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water for a few minutes.
