E 240 is an industrial high-pressure cleaner by Oertzen which conforms to all European safety regulations which are guaranteed by the CE symbol on the type plate. This cold water high-pressure washer has heavy duty components which ensure a hassle free continuous operation and it does hard work for industrial users as well as for contractors. This machine can apply water with outstanding working pressure up to 230 bar and 23 liter per minute.
E 240 high-pressure cleaner runs on three phase power and it has a slow running and quiet electric motor (1420 rpm). In order to ensure perfect alignment and maintenance free operation, the motor and pump are directly flanged. The pump of E 240 high-pressure washer is equipped with splash oil lubricated, forged crankshafts, wear-free ceramic plungers, forged brass cylinder heads, and stainless steel valves. The pump and motor unit is well protected by solid surrounding powder coated steel frame. This high-pressure washer is extremely portable and it has a robust chassis with 4 wheels on twin axle. The machine is also equipped with a locking brake. So the machine is easy to use and easy to move and the user has no problem in machine handling.
E 240 high-pressure cleaner is supplied with a circulation shut-off system and additionally with a thermostatic relief valve which protects machine's pump against overheating.
The working pressure and water flow of machine are continuously adjusted by means of locked and sealed safety/control valve. Also, the working pressure can be adjusted by means of the turning handle at the double lance.
Oertzen E 240 comes with double lance with flat stream nozzle, high-pressure security pistol with insulated handle, swivel joint to prevent the high-pressure hose from curling up and a 10-meter high-pressure safety hose. The range of applications can be extended by a variety of accessories available.
