container - container

Vacuum cleaner container is a major component of this machine because inside this part will make negative pressure (vacuum) by a blower, thus, material with air are sucked into the tank and collected inside it. All kinds of vacuum cleaners have been equipped with suction unit; this unit has a pump which creates vacuum inside the tank steadily. The vacuum unit removes air from the container, in other words, this action will reduce the density of air molecules resulting in a partial vacuum inside the tank.

By creating a vacuum inside the tank pressure difference is created between the container and the outside surrounding area. As we know natural phenomena tends to balance out there, the air stream flows from highest pressure point to lower pressure point. When air stream moves from the surrounding environment of vacuum cleaner the other materials are transferred into the tank so, the vacuumed up materials will be collected inside the container.

All of vacuum cleaners performance, especially industrial categories of them operate based on percentage of negative pressure inside the tank, it means whatever the percentage of created vacuum is higher the suction power will be more powerful and the vacuum cleaner has a great. Industrial vacuum cleaners which have been equipped powerful blower pumps are devices that produce a vacuum with a high percentage, so in this situation, it is necessary to have a sturdy container in the face of high negative pressure; the container must be able to resist instead of high vacuum. So container of commercial cleaners, semi industrial, industrial and vacuum trucks gave a unique design with high thickness and thus very high vacuum in the presence of sufficient strength. The containers are made of different materials that enable collecting all kinds of substances in all types of conditions such as heavy duty operations.
