High-pressure
washer hose is responsible for transferring the water from the pressure washer pump
to lance and nozzle. It should be strong due to the high pressure of the water.
Maintaining the hoses is important to increase the longevity of the pressure
washer and to safe user. The pressure washer hoses may be damaged and need to
be replaced.
High-pressure washer structure
High
pressure hoses consist of three parts: inner tube, reinforcement and cover. The inner tube Is
in contact with water and detergent. It is made from synthetic rubber and
resist to abrasion, corrosion, oils and ozone. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of
braided textile, making the hose lightweight and flexible. The
outer layer is also made from rubber. It causes not transferring the heat of the
hot water to the user.
Different types of the high-pressure hoses
The high-pressure
hoses are available in many types which are different in diameter, length, tolerable
pressure. At first, the user should consider coupling the connections. The hoses
with 6 mm diameter can resist the pressure up to 210 bar and ones with 8 mm
diameter can resist the pressure up to 400 bar. With respect to machine to
cleaning area distances, users are able to choose the hoses with the length of
the 10, 15, 20 ,25 and 30 meters.
