Quadro 1200 TST industrial high-pressure washer is one the kranzle
products which belong to Quadro large series. The special design and production
of this high-pressure washer guarantee the stability and highest conformity of
the product during demanding operations. This cold water high-pressure washer operates
with 3-phase power and due to its heavy duty design, this machine is ideal to
be used in applications such as sandblasting, stripping and derusting.
Quadro 1200 TST machine can deliver water in operating pressure range of
30 to 180 bar and 19 l/m water flow. The ability of this pressure washer in
water jetting with pressure as high as mentioned in its technical characteristics
depends on the machine's high-pressure pump which is made of stainless steel
plungers with ceramic coating and brass head pumps. In order to protect pump
and increase its life, the machine is equipped with a 16-liter integrated water
tank to compensate pressure fluctuation, dry-run safety and leakage return
system for protection against water shortage and bubble creation. The high-pressure
pump is driven by a low speed electric motor which has low noise emission and
wear.
Quadro 1200 TST high-pressure washer has other unique features and
equipment including large over-dimensioned gear and oil housing, roto-mold
trolley, ergonomic removable handlebar, neat arrangement system, detergent
valve, shock absorbing buffers and parking brake.
The standard equipment of Quadro 1200 TST machine includes a 20-meter
high-pressure hose, integrated hose drum, 7.5-meter power lead with cable reel,
turbokiller lance with stainless steel pipe, stainless steel lance with flat
jet nozzle.
