Oertzen Power Trailer 500 is an independent mobile hot water jetting system which is a perfect choice for industrial cleaning, disaster recovery, construction and concrete industry, ship cleaning and façade cleaning and restoration. This high-pressure cleaner is driven by a low noise and water-cooled diesel engine. The power transmission between the combustion engine and high-pressure pump is effected by a low maintenance tooth belt. Power trailer 500 is equipped with two oil-fired stainless steel boilers which fully meet relevant safety standards with respect to emission values. These boilers heat up the high-pressure water quickly and economically. The boiler system is activated by means of the burner/temperature adjusting switch. This high-pressure washer can also be run in cold water mode for applications such as water-sandblasting.
All components of power trailer 500 are arranged in a sturdy trailer with stainless steel structure and polyester cover and are easily accessible for operation and maintenance. Control instruments are installed on a panel in a lockable cabinet. The machine is also equipped with cabinet for working clothes, the storage place for tools and support for clean and secure nozzle storage.
Three cylinder inline plunger pump of this machine is protected by a 350 storage tank which is equipped with low water cut-out system. So the machine is switched off in the case of low level in the water storage tank.
A hose reel with 10 meter of water supply hose, a 30 meter high-pressure hose, scaling control and frost protection, oil pressure, engine temperature, single lance, flat stream nozzle and swivel joint come as standard with this high-pressure cleaner.
