The Tecnoil450T55 is a professional
industrial vacuum cleaner for oil and chips and has been designed for suction,
filtration and liquid recovery. This powerful three phase machine has an
excellent performance with massive volume capacity for recovering. The high performance
oil vacuum unit is able to suck up a big quantity of both solid and liquid
materials which enables to separate them from each other and recover a large
amount of dense oil, sludge and metal chips. The Tecnoil450T55 suction unit is
equipped with a powerful side channel blower provides high level of water lift
and a maintenance free and silent turbine motor which cause to be continuous
duty applications. Also it is a powerful discharge pump that operates independently
to unload the liquid container. A nylon bag filter is mounted on the machine to
protect the suction unit, in addition a filter diffuser to reduce the noise
level and keep secure the vacuum unit.
There is a vacuum indicator and a float to detect full tank of the Tecnoil450T55 and then stopping the suction operation automatically at the time of filling up the liquid container. The solid materials will be stored inside a hopper where the separated solids are collected in it and because of user friendly designing this hopper is able to tilt for easy friendly discharging and the clean and filtered liquids go into the large tank placed lower than the hopper. The liquid container is made of steel with polyester coated and it has an inclined designing to make a safe and complete disposal of the vacuumed liquids; these materials are unloaded by an independent powerful pump.
When the Tecnoil450T55 makes the liquids clean, it is possible to reuse these materials and pump out them simultaneously with sucking up. This machine has an oil proof and valve for easy and secure discharging liquids. This enables to vacuuming oil mixed with metal chips or other type pf solids from machinery and recovers the liquid quickly.
