The Tecnoil700T110 machine is a heavy duty
industrial vacuum in the Tecnoil range that has been designed specially for
sucking up dense liquids such a cutting oil and coolant mixed with metal chips
and shaving. It is used for vacuuming a large quantity of materials because of massive
volume recovery capacity. This machine has a powerful side channel blower and a
turbine motor, so providing extra suction power. The turbine motor is extremely
silent and maintenance free which is suitable for non stop and heavy duty
applications. The Tecnoil700T110 industrial vacuum can be used for suction,
filtering and recovering of cutting oils, coolant, emulsions and lubricant
liquids.
While the chips are withheld and they are collected into sieve grid which is able to tilt for easy and convenient discharging solid materials. Also the liquids are vacuumed inside a tank. There is vacuum indicator and a float on the machine stops automatically the suction operation when the liquid tank is full. Then the tank will be emptied with an independent and powerful electric high pressure pump and oil proof hose and valve, while this high pressure device can pump back the filtered and clean liquid into the machine tools or dispose. Moreover it is possible to vacuum up material and pump out the filtered liquid at the same time.
The Tecnoil700T110 will reduce the time of standing by machines and makes it possible to reuse several time cutting oil and coolant. The suction unit of this vacuum machine is protected by a nylon bag filter. The main body and collection tank are made of polyester coated steel and the liquid tank has a slanted side because of the complete and secure disposing collected liquids. There are two baskets on the machine that support tools and hoses and accessories. The Tecnoil700T110 is mounted on a sturdy chassis with turning and braking wheels.
