The Zefiro 60 M is a powerful industrial vacuum
cleaner with flexibility of application. This machine is compact that is
suitable to collect large amount of wet and dry material simultaneously at
industrial places. The vacuum cleaner has been equipped with a turbine motor which
is very silent and it has been designed for continuously working in 24 hours,
also the turbine motor is maintenance free .The suction inlet is mounted blow
of the filter, so it is possible to suck up liquids without making filter wet
and clogged. There is control unit on the machine to check the suction
performance and filter clogging; moreover it is a diffuser filter above the exhaust
prevents to enter outer particles into the motor.
The construction and chassis of the three phase
vacuum cleaner, Zefiro 60 T, are made of strong steel completely by epoxy paint;
also there is a large capacity and detachable waste container on this vacuum
cleaner. The tank can be separated easily by special handles and it has two
small wheels under the container to convenient carry full hopper into the
discharge location. In addition of detachable tank, there is possibility of
using a disposable nylon bag to remove very fine particles or hazardous
materials from the environment.
This
vacuum cleaner contains a huge surface class L star filter which can trap 3
microns particles pollution in itself. The filtration unit is really great and
effective which performs consequently. An integrated manual filter shaker is
mounted on the industrial vacuum cleaner to high performance filter cleaning. It
means when the user moves the handle, the filter will vibrate up and down, thus
the particles remove, as a result this operation will not allow to blockage the
filter. When the filter works efficiency, the suction power will place in high
level too.
