The DM40 Oil vacuum cleaner is a single phase professional
machine to vacuum up oily materials and it separates chips from oil for
recovering and disposing liquids. This is a compact and portable machine that
is ideal to suck up oils and other liquids blend with abrasive solids. This

There is a detachable large collection container with an integrated liquid float which is as an indicator for sucked liquids level; also it is a sieve basket grid for making separate solid and liquid that can prevent the metal parts and chips when the clean oil is collecting inside the liquid tank and the tank will be detached easily to convenient and fast unloading. The DM40 Oil has a manual valve to easy discharge vacuumed materials. The suction inlet is mounted tangentially, so it provides cyclone technology which can reduce the effect of abrasive materials and withholds clogging because of liquids. The DM40 Oil is made of steel completely and it has been installed on a sturdy steel chassis with four turning and braking wheels, makes it possible to ease of use.
There is a high performance L class star filter on the machine to filtering of dusts and suction unit protection. Moreover, the DM40 Oil has been equipped with an additional filter that is called anti foam filter, not allowing to damage suction unit because of foaming materials.
